Mrs Ong is Managing Director of Club 21 Pte Ltd, a lifestyle retailer with more than 200 stores worldwide. A leading fashion entrepreneur, Mrs Ong is a recipient of The Italian Fashion Hall of Fame Award 1995 and the Italian Award of Cavaliere De Lavo. Mrs Ong is also a noted luxury hotelier, managing a stable of niche properties under the COMO Hotels brand.

Mrs Theresa Foo

Mrs Foo is currently Chairman of BNP Paribas Capital (Singapore) Ltd and BNP Paribas Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. She is concurrently the Chairman of Esplanade Co Ltd and Viva Foundation for Children with Cancer Ltd. She is also a member of the Securities Industry Council, the Singapore Business Federation Board of Trustees and the Income Tax Board of Review. She is also a board director of Ecquaria Ltd. Mrs Foo was conferred The Public Service Star Award by the President of Singapore in 2008.

Ms Priscylla Shaw

Ms Shaw practised law at the Singapore Bar for 12 years before taking a career break. She is Chairman of the Asian Civilisations Museum and the Peranakan Museum, and a Trustee of the SingHealth Foundation. She serves on the boards of the National Arts Council, National Heritage Board, Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, and Alliance Française de Singapour. To keep ties with the legal fraternity, she serves on the Membership and Social Committee of the Singapore Academy of Law.

Mr Philip Su
Board Member


Mr Su is Assistant Chief Executive Officer at JTC Corporation. He is a member of the National Youth Achievement Award Council, the Singapore Environment Council and the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd. Mr Su was also a member of the board of Sentosa Development Corporation from 1997 to 2001.

Mr Yatiman Yusof

Mr Yatiman has held several key appointments at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts. He served as Member of Parliament (MP) for Kampong Kembangan Constituency from 1984 to 1988 and as an MP for the Tampines Group Representation Constituency from 1988 to 2006. Mr Yatiman also held key positions in Berita Harian and Berita Minggu up to 1986. Mr Yatiman is presently Singapore's High Commissioner (Non-Resident) to Kenya.

Mr Augustin Lee

Mr Lee is Principal Private Secretary to Senior Minister, Prime Minister’s Office. He had previously served stints in various Ministries, including, most recently, the Ministry of Trade and Industry where he was deeply involved in the introduction of the Integrated Resorts and securing the Formula One Grand Prix for Singapore. A Singapore Government Scholar, Mr Lee holds a Master of Science in Management from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University.

Mr Ng Lang

A Public Service Commission Scholar, Mr Ng has held key positions in the Foreign Service and the healthcare industry. He has also held appointments in community projects like The Courage Fund and the Healthcare Humanity Award. Mr Ng serves on the boards of the Civil Service College, Tropical Marine Science Institute, and PUB, Singapore’s national water agency.

Mr Guy Harvey-Samuel

Mr Harvey-Samuel is the Chief Executive Officer of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC), Singapore. Before coming to Singapore, Mr Harvey-Samuel was the Head of Personal Financial Services Europe & the Middle East based in the UK. He also spent a considerable part of his career with HSBC in Asia, performing roles in Global Markets, securities and Corporate and Commercial Banking in Hong Kong, Malaysia and the Middle East. He has also undertaken senior management roles in Australia and the UK.

Ms Lim Sau Hoong

Ms Lim is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Creative Director of 10AM Communications, an advertising agency she founded in 2000. She has sat on the jury for international advertising festivals including Cannes, Clio, ADC Awards and Times Asia Pacific Advertising Awards. In Singapore, she was on the inaugural jury for the President Design Award. Ms Lim has been nominated as one of Singapore’s top three most influential persons in media, marketing and advertising.

Mrs Ong is a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore. Mrs Ong has more than twenty years of public accounting experience, providing audit and advisory services to a wide range of clients. Mrs Ong also leads the Human Resources and training departments in the firm and has facilitated various people initiatives, including community projects.
