Park Usage

Welcome to NParks online application for park usage! Online application for park usage is required for any organised events which are ticketed or require tentage, stage or structural set up and/or amplified sound systems. For all other organised groups of more than 15 people, online application for park usage is also required.

Please note that with effect from 1 Oct 2006, a fee applies for events held at some of these areas. Please click here for more information on the rates.

It may take you five to ten minutes to fill up this form.

[Note: A refundable deposit of $200 is required for all events held in our parks. The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after the event site has been vacated and found to be clean. This deposit does not cover the alteration, damage or destruction to any park property, facilities, trees or plants arising from the event. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
