Visitor Info

Admiralty Park is 27 hectares comprising both the nature and recreational areas.
The Admiralty Park is unique in the way that is has a hilly terrain shape like a river valley to reflect the history of the site which used to have Sungei Cina running through it. The main circulation path is aligned along the valley where the river used to run to bring people to the various facilities.

A 20 hectare nature area with a rich variety of animals and plants, it is the biggest nature area within a park in Singapore. Amenities include three boardwalks and a 2-km nature trail for visitors to enjoy its rustic surroundings. Two of the boardwalks span over the river Sungei Cina, thus allowing visitors to appreciate the beauty of the river at different water levels. The third boardwalk is within the mangrove forest, giving visitors the opportunity to observe the different flora and fauna. Special arrangements have been made to locate the boardwalks and the trail so as to minimise disturbance to the existing mangrove swamp and habitats.

The park has WiFi Hotspots at strategic locations that allow the users to enjoy internet connection in the park. Republic Polytechnic as our neighbour on the West is also our Adopter of the park, under the Adopt-A-Park Scheme. One of the collaboration with Republic Polytechnic is an interactive plants information website. This website showcases the characteristics of the rich variety of garden plants in Admiralty Park. The public could enjoy the ambience and dine at the Sakura restaurant, which is located at the West Entrance of the park.
