About Coastal PlayGrove

Coastal PlayGrove is a one-stop family destination with a range of facilities for a fun day out.

These facilities include:

• Play tower
• Water play area
• Nature playgarden
• Outdoor classroom by the sea

Play tower

At 4-storeys tall, this is Singapore's tallest outdoor play feature. It houses:

• Vertical Challenge, which is a vertical net play area with rope-based obstacles such as stepping pods, hammocks, grip wall and disc swings.
• Slides on the 3rd and 4th floor. The latter is the tallest outdoor slide in Singapore.

Suitable age: 13 years and above

Opening hours

• Vertical Challenge: 8am to 10pm, Tuesdays to Sundays (and Mondays which fall on a public holiday). Closed on Mondays for maintenance (except on public holidays)
• Slides: 8am to 10pm daily. Usage is not recommended when equipment is wet.

Water play area

Beat the heat as you splash around in the wading pools. The pools are connected by a stream with numerous water jets that light up at night.

This water play area is wheelchair-accessible. A toilet is located nearby for visitors to dry up and change out.

Suitable age: 5 to 12 years old

• 8am to 8pm, Tuesdays to Sundays (and Mondays which fall on a public holiday).
• Closed on Mondays for maintenance (except on public holidays).

Nature playgarden

Pique your child's curiosity with a playgarden immersed in greenery. Special features include:

• Play features made of natural materials such as wood, sand and gravel.
• Trees and shrubs that attract biodiversity.
  
• 3 themed sections to introduce children to different habitats.

Suitable age: 3 to 12 years old

Opening hours: Open 24 hours.

Outdoor classroom by the sea

Preschools can hold lessons in nature at NParks' first outdoor classroom by the sea. It is equipped with a chalkboard, boulders, and log stools. Children can peer into a hornbill's nest and observe interesting plants here.
