Who is the girl with orange shirt at 0:55? cute. LOL. Not too bad video, but not exciting. Doesn't draw alot of attention. Its too much of a hassle for an application and in generally people will not use it. It only caters to certain age group. We are talking to the masses, from child to elderly. Yup. and btw, not everyone has facebook, iphones and stuff. |

they don't have to require permission to use their logos. its a spec campaign for a application they are proposing. this is rather common place with what advertising agencies and students do in competitions. |

Even though this image is in the public domain, you could still get into legal trouble if you use it to sell computers or publish records.
Unless the application is real, this is false endorsement.
