HF25: In a Day’s Work: Plant Cultivator

Join us for an exclusive tour to explore essential processes such as propagation, seedling handling, seed processing, planting, and the crucial acclimatisation stage where plants gradually adapt to outdoor conditions before entering the garden beds.

This rare behind-the-scenes experience reveals the expertise and dedication involved in cultivating the diverse, resilient plants that bring the Gardens to life.

Suitable for ages 10 and above. Children aged 14 years and below must be accompanied by an adult participant.

This programme is part of the Singapore Botanic Gardens Heritage Festival 2025. From 19 to 27 July, watch our trees glow with new light installations at the Singapore Botanic Gardens.
