The Rail Experience – Bat Walk @ Rail Corridor

Each group can accommodate a maximum of 15 people. (All participants' names have to be registered)
Join us in this rare opportunity to discover and learn about the bats of the Rail Corridor. As part of the walk, participants will get to use a bat detector to listen to the ultrasonic calls of bats and search for their roosting sites. If you are lucky, you may also run into other remarkable nocturnal residents such as colugos, snakes, or even civet cats!
This nature-guided walk is conducted by Cicada Tree Eco-Place, as part of Friends of Rail Corridor.
Please note that this walk will be on a dirt trail with slightly sloping ground at some parts.
What to bring: Water, torchlight with batteries, umbrella (please have an early dinner before coming or bring a snack)
What to wear: Comfortable T-shirt or long-sleeved shirt, long pants, socks and covered hiking shoes
Meeting point: Fuyong Park Shelter. Participants are to meet 10 minutes earlier before the walk starts.
