You can now participate from the comfort of your own home, with online activities such as webinar and demonstrations by experts, virtual garden tours, family activities, and an e-marketplace with promotions from gardening-related vendors. Videos will be released at 10 am.
On site, there are talks, workshops and free guided tours in HortPark (with safe management measures). Check this page for monthly updates of our programme and schedule.

Combat Your Garden Invaders – The Sustainable Way (by Mr Ukay Cheng, The Seeds Master)

Whether you are a seasoned green thumb or a first-time gardener, you would encounter pests, a common challenge that plagues all gardeners. While the immediate thought is to use chemical pesticides to keep them under control, these may cause harm to your pets and the environment over time.

Botanical Sketching at HortPark

Bring your own materials and enjoy the morning by drawing with your fellow botanical art enthusiasts! The Botanical Art Society (Singapore) will be conducting an informal alfresco sketching session at HortPark. Participants will be placed in groups and led by members of the Society to observe and draw plants.

Building With Clay (By Master Potter Chew Seow Phuang, Clay Street)

Join Master Potter Chew in this class to learn techniques like pinching and slab work and craft your own unique planter, mug or tea light holder.
After the workshop, the clay will be fired and you can look forward to bringing home your very own work of art.

Zingiber singapurense, exclusive from NParks’ Pasir Panjang Nursery
Zingiber singapurense is a ginger species endemic to and named after Singapore. First discovered in our rainforests, this critically endangered plant favours shady and moist conditions. When in bloom, its beautiful cream-white flower perfectly complements its bright orange-red inflorescence.
