You can now participate from the comfort of your own home, with online activities such as webinar and demonstrations by experts, virtual garden tours, family activities, and an e-marketplace with promotions from gardening-related vendors. Videos will be released at 10 am.
On site, there are talks, workshops and free guided tours in HortPark (with safe management measures). Check this page for monthly updates of our programme and schedule.

Succulents are reputed to be carefree plants that require low maintenance. To begin beautifying your homes with these lovely plants, this talk will help you to select suitable containers and the right soil mix, as well as understand how to feed and propagate your succulents.

Welcome to our very first Botanical Sketch Challenge! Using the base image of a plant part that we provide, use your imagination to incorporate it into a creative sketch, and you stand a chance to bring home a Mushroom plant (Rungia klossii S.Moore)!
- Download any (or both) of the base images below.
- Use any art medium, such as pen, pencil, watercolour or even digital art.
- You may rotate the base images in any direction to produce the sketch.
Winners will be notified via email by 2 May 2022. Selected artworks will also be featured on this webpage in May!

Zingiber singapurense, exclusive from NParks’ Pasir Panjang Nursery
Zingiber singapurense is a ginger species endemic to and named after Singapore. First discovered in our rainforests, this critically endangered plant favours shady and moist conditions. When in bloom, its beautiful cream-white flower perfectly complements its bright orange-red inflorescence.
