Pets' Day Out
Sat, 18 Jun 2022
10:00AM - 18:00PM
Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park,
Join us on 18 June as we celebrate the return of Pets’ Day Out (PDO) at Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park after two years, and we’re bringing back all your favourites, with an extended event timing (from 10am to 6pm)!
Look forward to Petzmania, a PDO signature programme where children will get to role-play and try their hand at different professions in the pet industry, such as veterinarians, dog obedience trainers and pet groomers. [Fully subscribed]
You can also indulge in some retail therapy at the Marketplace, where you can stock up on treats for your furry friends, shop for new pet accessories, or get their photos taken!
We’re also bringing back the Doggie Detectives workshop*, which was very well-received in the last edition of PDO! Conducted by Animal-Assisted Interactions Singapore (aaisg), have your children foster respect, kindness and responsibility towards animals and the people around them through fun and interactive inquiry-based hands-on learning. Click here to register.
Wondering how you and your pup can be a part of the aaisg team and help build communities through canine-assisted programmes? Join their free talk to learn about what they do, and hear from one of their canine teams about their aaisg journey. Click here to register.
Parents, join your kids in learning what goes on behind the scenes in a veterinary clinic, understand the responsibilities of being a pet owner and recognise basic behaviours of common pet breeds in the workshops* held by Animals and Us Academy. Click here to register.
Pet owners, you can also sign your pets up for our signature free pet health checkby vets from the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) and the Singapore Veterinary Association (SVA). [Fully subscribed] In between activities, let your four-legged friends socialise and roam freely at our Pets Playground!
Come over to the adoption drive featuring our Animal Welfare Group partners Animal Lovers League, Exclusively Mongrels, Noah’s Ark CARES, Love The Voiceless, BFF Rescue Cats, Mettacats and Dogs Sanctuary, SPCA, Uncle Khoe’s K9 Shelter and Forget Me Not! Say “hi” to the adorable cats and dogs looking for ‘fur-ever’ homes, and support their fundraising efforts by visiting their merchandise booths.

"We adopted Spottie, a Singapore Special, in August 2019 from Exclusively Mongrels. Not only has he brought joy to our household and increased the bond with my son, but his friendliness has also won our neighbours' hearts!"
