60 years of Singapore’s greening journey has seen Singapore evolving from a Garden City in the 1960s, to a biophilic City in a Garden in the 2010s and now towards a City in Nature. Greenery has transformed our space, provided shade and cooled the environment and improved our air quality. However, the effects of climate change continue to be keenly felt with rising temperatures.
As we look to combat climate change, all of us can also do our part to build climate resilience by adopting more sustainable lifestyle habits in our daily lives and build a brighter, greener future for Singapore together.

"The Lorax" is an animated film based on Dr. Seuss' beloved book. It follows the story of Ted, a young boy who sets out on a mission to find a real tree in his artificial town of Thneedville. He discovers the Once-ler, who recounts the tale of how he destroyed the Truffula trees and the consequences that followed. The Lorax, the guardian of the trees, desperately tries to convince the Once-ler to change his ways, but his pleas go unheard. Inspired by the story, Ted brings hope to Thneedville by planting a Truffula seed, encouraging the townspeople to embrace nature's beauty and preserve it for future generations.
Join us and experience the colorful world of "The Lorax", as Dr. Seuss's timeless tale reminds us of the importance of preserving nature and playing our part in creating a greener future. More details can be found below:
