This retelling of an Indonesian folktale 'Timun Emas' (The Golden Cucumber) will be brought to you by the Malay Heritage Centre’s docent and storyteller, Hafiz Rashid. Discover and learn more about batik and kuda kepang, a traditional Javanese dance featured in the story. You will also grow your very own magical cucumber and learn more about other interesting vegetables during a tour at the Centre for Ethnobotany.
