Inspired by the tropical blooms of Jurong Lake Gardens, "Phantasmic Bouquet" fantastically re-imagines a walk through the Gardens in the form of 3D hyper-coloured floral collages. The installation juxtaposes architectural pyramids with vibrant floral textiles to reflect an oasis of serenity flanked by historic industrial estates.

Singapore used to have large areas of mangroves, but lost most of them to coastal development. Few mangroves are left in Singapore, one of which is at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve.
