  • Concert at Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage with crowd at the Palm Valley.

    The Opera at Twilight concert is Spot Pocket Opera Theatre (SPOT)’s musical gift to the community. Featuring some of Singapore’s home-grown operatic and instrumental talents, this community event aims to bring the opera experience to people from all walks of society.

    Under the baton of conductor Vincent Chen, resident musicians from the SPOT Music Ensemble will perform alongside the 2018 artist line-up of operatic vocalists such as sopranos Felicia Teo, Evelyn Ang, Phoebe Chee, Charmaine Tan, tenor Jeremy Koh, bass-baritone Tao Chen Ming and others.

    The Therapeutic Horticulture Programme uses plants and nature-related activities to maximise the benefits of a therapeutic garden. Examples of documented benefits include better motor function, improved mood and better ability to communicate with others. With growing interest in the benefits of therapeutic horticulture, a series of programmes has been introduced that are suitable for elderly groups, persons with dementia and other special needs.

  • KM guided walk

    The West Marsh, within the Core Conservation Area of Kranji Marshes, is a special area designated for the conservation of marsh birds. To minimise disturbances to these shy animals and other wildlife, access to this section is restricted to guided activities organised by NParks and its partners. Several times a year, visitors can access this section when NParks volunteers (the 'Kranji Marshals') conduct station-guiding. They will be stationed at the hides and strategic locations to help you appreciate the beauty of the marsh habitat.
