Trap-Neuter-Rehome/Release-Manage (TNRM) Programme for Community Cats Grant

AVS will be implementing the Trap-Neuter-Rehome/Release-Manage (TNRM) Programme for community cats on 1 September 2024.

TNRM is a holistic, humane, and science-based approach to manage the community cat population in Singapore, as well as the potential inconveniences or concerns that these cats may cause in the community.

Under the programme, these animals are trapped, sterilised and microchipped for traceability, before they are rehomed or released back into the community.

The TNRM Cats Grant aims to foster partnerships with Animal Welfare Groups (AWGs) to sustainably manage the community cat population in Singapore. Through this Grant, AVS will provide funding support for trapping, sterilisation, microchipping, and pre- and post-sterilisation boarding of community cats.
