CIN Schools Award

Community in Nature Schools Award

The NParks Community in Nature (CIN) Schools Award was initiated as a new recognition scheme to acknowledge educational institutions, educators, and students which have been proactively advocating for the conservation of local biodiversity.

The awards aims to encourage stakeholders form the education sector to take on a more active role to conserve our biodiversity, and provide a networking platform for educators to exchange biodiversity-related knowledge and experiences.

44 nominations were submitted for the inaugural award in 2020, of which 25 emerged as winners under the Schools, Teachers, and Students categories.
