Moringa - Perhaps the only plant that contains all the nutrients that our body needs, Moringa is a source of protein, amino acids, carbohydrate, fats, vitamins, chlorophyll, fibre and more. Come learn more about this new “superfood”, Moringa, from farmer Martin who grows his own Moringa organically in Malaysia and makes his own Moringa products without preservatives, artificial colouring and additives. There will be a demonstration on how to grow Moringa from cuttings, as well as Moringa tea samples. This session is suitable for everyone. Vegans welcome!

Kombucha: Colours and Flavours

Suitable for beginners, this workshop shares about what Kombucha is, its benefits and how to make it. Known as the "Tea of Immortality", Kombucha is a probiotic full fermented tea. Made using a Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria & Yeast (SCOBY), the tea can be made into a healthier soda, alcohol mixer or even vinegar. There will be a demonstration and pointers on where to purchase equipment.

H E R B S Workshop

Come find out how easy and fun it is to grow your own herbs at home! In this workshop, gardener Bob will share tips such as growing herbs from cuttings and harvesting basics as well as his personal experience with gardening. Learn how to propagate herbs and the fundamentals of re-potting. There will also be a live demonstration and tasting session with fresh wheatgrass and herbs juices. This workshop is suitable for first-time horticulturalists.
