Private Housing Estates
Community gardens in private housing estates are cultivated by residents on roadside green verges in front of their homes, in neighbourhood parks, or on common green spaces within highrise private estates. The project is managed by the Neighbourhood Committees. One great example to illustrate is Ivory Heights Condominium, led by garden leader Mr Richard Ashworth. He is a person whom all the residents look up to due to his determined efforts in beautifying the unused carparks in the condominium.
