How To Make a Scent Bag in 4 Steps
You will need:

- Essential oils
- Fragrant herbs (e.g. Pandan, lemongrass, kaffir lime)

Steps:
- Cut the herbs into small pieces
- Fill the mesh bag with the cut herbs
- Add in a few drops of essential oils of your choice
- Pull the strings to secure the bag
Create A Kokedama in 8 Steps
You will need:

- Soaked sphagnum moss or coconut fibre
- Plant of your choice

Steps:
- Remove the plant from the pot
- Remove excess soil from the plant
- Shape the soil into a ball
- Squeeze out excess water from the sphagnum moss
- Cover the soil with sphagnum moss
- Continue shaping the sphagnum moss into a ball
- Secure the sphagnum moss with twine
- Cut the twine and secure the loose end with a knot
Handmade Botanical Paper in 11 Steps
You will need:
- Baking trays
- Sieve or netting
- Plastic bottle

- Dish towel
- Non-glossy scrap paper
- Flowers, leaves, seeds
|
Steps:
- Shred the paper into small pieces
- Insert the shredded paper into the bottle
- Cover the shredded paper with water
- Shake the bottle vigorously
- Spread the pulp evenly over the netting
- Sieve the pulp mixture to remove excess water
- Add leaves and flowers as desired
- Place another netting on top
- Gently pat dry with a dish towel
- Peel off from the netting
- Dry overnight and peel off when fully dried
Nature Printing in 7 Steps
You will need:
- Rubber mallet or big pebble
- Plain canvas cloth
- Clear adhesive tape

- Variety of leaves and flowers
- Flat surface e.g. thick magazine
|
Steps:
- Place the fabric over a flat surface
- Trim any excess or bulging plant parts
- Arrange the flowers and leaves as desired
- Secure the flowers and leaves with adhesive tape
- Pound firmly with a rubber mallet or big pebble
- Turn over to check that the dye has been fully transferred
- Remove the adhesive tape
DIY Self-Watering Planter in 8 Steps
You will need:
- Potting mix
- Spade
- Strips of old cloth or yarn

- Scissors or penknife
- Clean plastic bottle
- Plant of your choice
|
Steps:
- Cut the bottle horizontally along the centre
- Create a hole in the bottle cap large enough for the cloth to pass through
- Thread the cloth through the hole
- Screw the cap back on the bottle
- Fill the bottle with some water
- Invert the top half of the bottle
- Fill the top half of the bottle with potting mix
- Transplant the plant and water well
