Programme Booking & Terms
- Our private / organised group programmes are subjected to the availability of guides / trainers, garden capacity and / or facilities. Bookings are handled on a first-come-fist served basis, upon receipt of all the necessary details (name of programme, number of participants, preferred date and preferred time etc.) to secure a guide / trainer's time and schedule.
- Please note that our ability to run concurrent sessions is subjected to guide availability. For the same tour, the groups may take different paths to minimise any clashes and ensure better crowd management.
- Email correspondence is not a confirmation of booking. Once the necessary details and arrangements are finalised, we will furnish you with a separate confirmation email that contains a Memorandum of Acceptance (MOA) document for acknowledgement.
Booking Terms & Conditions
- Changes to bookings pertaining to the participant numbers, date and time of programme, should be made at least 7 working days prior to commencement of the programme.
- Cancellation of booking must be made at least 3 working days prior to the commencement of the programme.
- Cancellation due to wet wetaher / haze must be made at least one and a half hours before the commencement of the programme.
- Prices are inclusive of GST. Strictly no cash / cheque. Invoicing option is available for Government Schools, Institutions and Agencies. (SUB-BU number is required for e-invoicing). E-invoice will be sent for payment to be made within 30 days from the invoice date.

Cycle along the Park Connector Network and Coast to Coast Trail while enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.
Park Connector Network - Round Island Route
The Round Island Route (RIR) is a continuous 150 km park connector that goes around Singapore. The RIR complements existing park connectors – connecting natural, culture, historical and recreational sites – and bringing communities closer together.
The main path in Lakeside Garden at Jurong Lake Gardens will be part of the RIR, providing a link between the west side of Singapore and its southern end.

Coast to Coast (C2C) Trail
The C2C Trail stretches 36 km, extending from Jurong Lake Gardens to Coney Island Park. The trail passes through parks and nature areas such as Bukit Batok Nature Park and Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park.
