Black Cincau

Often added to drinks and shaved ice desserts, grass jelly or Black Cincau comes from the herb Platostoma palustre. Did you know that it is rich in antioxidants which protect your body from harmful free radicals? In Chinese traditional medicine, the herb is used to treat a variety of ailments, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and liver disease.
