Attention brisk-walkers, joggers and cyclists! NParks’ fifth PCN loop – the 36 km Central Urban Loop (CUL) – is now open! The CUL links the North Eastern Riverine Loop with the Eastern Coastal Loop providing residents in Ang Mo Kio, Hougang and Serangoon with improved access to attractions such as East Coast Park and Punggol Waterway. With CUL, PCN users can look forward to a myriad of recreational options.

To the Heartlands!
The CUL encompasses iconic HDB housing estates in the central region of Singapore including Bishan, Ang Mo Kio, Toa Payoh and Whampoa, and provides direct access to Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, Kallang Riverside Park and Punggol Park.

Exploring our City in A Garden!
Furthermore, CUL connects to some of the most exciting locations in Eastern Singapore. Park connector users are able to soak in the iconic cityscape views along Marina Bay and visit landmarks such as the Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer.
