Nature-Inspired Essentials

Missing the Singapore Botanic Gardens? Evoke the good memories of the time spent exploring the botanical wonders of this green space in the heart of Singapore by using these nature-inspired essentials from the Gardens Shop.

Renanthera Tote Bag

Carry your day-to-day items in style! This tote bag adorned in Renanthera orchid prints exudes understated elegance. Inspired by the orchid varieties at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, this bag’s botanical art design recalls the good times of immersing yourself in the greenery of our City in Nature.

This hybrid of Renanthera Kalsom x Renanthera bella was named the Renanthera Singapore Botanic Gardens in 1999 to commemorate the Garden’s 140th anniversary. It also clinched top honours at the 17th World Orchid Conference.

Swing by the National Orchid Garden to enjoy the beauty of these blooms. Expect to find unique orchid hybrids and varieties that can only be found in Singapore.

Vanda Miss Joaquim Mug

Need an example to demonstrate our love for orchids? The Gardens Shop based the design of this mug on one of the world’s most exotic flowers, the Vanda Miss Joaquim – most famously known as Singapore’s National Flower. Whether it is for your early morning coffee or for a mid-afternoon tea break, everyone needs a beautiful mug for that quick fix on-the-go.

Did you know that Singapore is the only country to have a hybrid as her National Flower? The Vanda Miss Joaquim (Papilionanthe Miss Joaquim) is also the first registered plant hybrid in our country. You can find a gorgeous display of the Vanda Miss Joaquim orchid near the Bandstand in the Singapore Botanic Gardens, or at the National Orchid Garden near Burkill Hall.

Our mug collection includes a variety of botanical prints that showcase your personality with every sip.

Check these items out at the Gardens Shop in the Singapore Botanic Gardens or view them at www.botanicgardensshop.sg. Find the perfect spot and grab a quick caffeine fix at the newly opened Tea Bar, found exclusively at the Gardens Shop Nassim Gate and Tanglin Gate.
