Proficient in painting? Gather with fellow volunteers once every month to help participants hone their painting skills on nature subjects, while raising awareness on conservation and native biodiversity.

You can assist the Horticulture and Community Gardening division in shortlisting the competition entries (i.e., fruit and vegetables), ushering participants, and packing and storing the entries.

You can help to set up displays, or run talks and tours for this biennial event organised by the Horticulture and Community Gardening division.

Community Outreach

Help create public awareness on animal-related matters through various outreach platforms including our monthly Pets' Day Out event, community engagement sessions, school talks and more. If you are passionate about sharing your knowledge, love to meet and interact with diverse groups of people, this may just be right up your alley. Training and contents will be provided.

Operation No Release

‘Operation No Release’ is an Whole-of-Government initiative that aims to spread public awareness on the harmful impact of releasing animals into parks (including ponds), nature areas, reservoirs and waterways. You will help to look out for any sign of animal release and educate members of the public about the impact of releasing animals into the wild.
