New! Grow your Edibles Indoors: Planting Media and Plant Propagation (Part 2)

Plants grow in soil, but is soil the only suitable growing medium? This hands-on workshop introduces the components of planting media and focuses on what is suitable for growing vegetable indoors. Also, participants will learn some basic plant propagation techniques.

Content:
Troubleshooting of problems encountered by participants when growing edible plants (case studies from first session)
Types of planting media
Plant propagation techniques 
Transplanting of seedlings
Managing pests and diseases
