Discover how plants develop from flower to fruit during this tour and learn more about the role pollinators – bees, birds and butterflies – play in this process! Follow us on a journey in the Children’s Garden to spot nectar-producing plants and find out why our pollinator friends are attracted to them.

“Reading With Nature” Series: The Gigantic Sweet Potato (A Storytelling Session and Guided Tour)

Join us for a fun-filled session to find out what happened to Ma when she tries to pull the gigantic sweet potato in her garden! This session will provide children with the opportunity to explore nature together with a storytelling session by the Junior Reading Ambassadors and a general tour around the Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden! This “Reading With Nature” Series is jointly organised by Singapore Botanic Gardens and the National Library Board.
