Heritage-inspired Merchandise @ Gardens Shop

Bring back a little souvenir from your visit to the Singapore Botanic Gardens when you pop by the Gardens Shop. In conjunction with the Heritage Festival, the shops will be running promotions, from 30 June to 8 July, on a range of Singapore Botanic Gardens heritage-inspired merchandise such as keyrings and magnets featuring various landmarks of the Gardens like the Bandstand, Tanglin Gate and Swan Lake Gazebo! Other items on promotion include orchid-inspired soaps, and a range of food and confectionaries such as chocolates, nuts, and botanical cookies and candies.

SBG Heritage Festival Exclusive Dishes and Promotions by Gardens’ Cafes and Restaurants

To celebrate Singapore’s rich heritage and culture, the Gardens’ cafes and restaurants are coming in with various menus and dishes featuring some of the edible plants used by indigenous cultures of Southeast Asia, including Singapore.

Fusion Spoon

Bo Bo Cha Cha
Date: From 30 June to 8 July | Price: $3 nett
This popular classic dessert will always have a place in our stomachs. It is a delicious combination of steamed sweet potato and yam swimming in coconut milk and topped with vibrantly coloured jelly cubes.

Crispy Banana Caramel
Date: From 30 June to 8 July | Price: $5 nett
The banana is commonly found throughout Southeast Asia, and is often planted for its fleshy finger-like fruits. In Singapore, a common snack food made of banana is the goreng pisang. Fusion Spoon has put a slight spin to this delicious snack, and drizzled it with caramel and chocolate syrup.

Bee’s Knees at The Garage

Chendol Colada

Chendol is a Singapore loved dessert, truly. The Chendol Colada is essentially a cocktail interpretation of this dessert, made with rum, coconut cream, pineapple, gula melaka, and chendol. It’s seemingly reminiscent of Singapore’s melting pot culture; with different elements coming together to form a harmonious whole.
