SkillsFuture Credit
SkillsFuture is a national movement to provide Singaporeans with the opportunities to develop their fullest potential throughout life, regardless of their starting points. Through this movement, the skills, passion and contributions of every individual will drive Singapore's next phase of development towards an advanced economy and inclusive society.
All Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of S$500 from January 2016. Currently, all WSQ courses offered by CUGE are eligible under this scheme. The credits can be used on top of existing course fee subsidies provided by the Government.

Workfare Skills Support (WSS) Scheme
Note: The WSS scheme has replaced WTS scheme from 1 July 2020.
WSS encourage low wage workers to undertake training that leads to more impactful employment outcomes.
Eligible individuals may receive:
- Training allowance for selected courses that individuals had paid for themselves
- A cash reward for completing training
SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Funding for Certifiable Courses - For Employer-Based Training
Course Fee Subsidies and Absentee Payroll Funding are available for employers sponsoring their employees who are either a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident to attend Professional Certification Programme offered by CUGE. CUGE is an SSG-appointed Continuing Education & Training (CET) Centre .
Currently, the eligible courses are:

2. Absentee Payroll Funding
SSG also funds your employee’s salary while he/she is undergoing training. You may apply for absentee payroll funding at the following rates via SkillsConnect in Table 3:
