Green roofs and green walls can be great additions to existin building spaces. It can be a focal point as well as a space for building occupants to experience nature within the building premises. This one-day workshop will allow participants to have an overview of the types of green roofs and green walls, teach participants the set up and maintenance issues, and introduce participants to the various initiatives provided by NParks for building owners.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
Lok Yan Ling is currently a Senior Manager of Skyrise Greenery at National Parks Board (NParks). She is a member of a team that spearheads the development of skyrise greenery initiatives - such as policy, incentive and capacity - for built developments in Singapore. She has written several publications and articles on skyrise greenery and has shared her experiences at conferences internationally.
