| Description | Flos fulgida singhapura has a short stumpy tail and brassy green scales at the eyespots of the hindwing. The males are a rich, deep violet blue on the upperside. Females have a broad black border on both the fore and hindwings. This species can be separated from the almost similar Flos diardi capeta in that the spot in space 7 of the hindwing underside is continued as a broad band across the cell, but separated from the spot in the cell in Flos diardi. |
