Description

Description Has pointed wing tips. Segments 1-5 of the abdomen in both sexes are orange to red during immature stage but darkens with maturity and becomes mostly black and light blue.

Ecological Notes Found in clear stagnant water in drains, ponds and marshes at forest edges and slow running waters in forest.
