Description

Description Males have narrow, straight-sided abdomen, which is entirely red, except for last two segments which are black. Thorax is dark brown with yellow stripes, especially on the sides. Females have brownish red abdomen.

Ecology, Habitat & Location

Habitats Forest
Distribution Can be found in Bukit Timah and Central Catchment Nature Reserves. Also at Tanah Merah reclaimed land, Marina South, Jurong Lake, Lorong Halus and Mandai mangroves.
