Description and Ethnobotany
| Growth Form | Stoloniferous herbaceous plant, with short stems and growing up to about 10 - 20 m high. |

| Cultivation | Strawberries are not well-suited to the tropical, humid weather of Singapore and likely will not grow as big as the imported ones found in the supermarket. However, it has been grown successfully indoors without air-conditioning near a sunny window. Plants are self-pollinating; hand-pollinate with a paintbrush for optimal results. |
