Description and Ethnobotany

Growth Form Compact miniature sympodial orchid with canes to about 20 cm in height
Flowers Inflorescence/ flower spikes 15-20 cm in length; dorsal sepal white with a flush of magenta about 2/3 the length of the sepal; lateral sepals white, with a tinge of magenta towards the base (next to the lateral lobes of the lip); lateral petals and lip magenta tipped with white. 
Taxonomy It is a hybrid between Dendrobium bigibbum and Dendrobium Princess Noriko.
