National Day is round the corner! As we celebrate Singapore's birthday, let us take pride in our national treasures. Take for example, our national athletes, who demonstrate the importance of hard work and the power of daring to dream, picking up medals at the Olympic and Paralympic Games, or the sheer number of local dragonfly species you can find here, reminding us about Singapore's rich biodiversity and natural beauty.

 

If you're bringing your dog along on your adventures in August, keep your pet pal safe by taking proper precautions and watching for signs of heatstroke. When exploring the intertidal zone at the beach, please be kind to our fellow 'sea'-tizens in the water or in the sand. Remember to also avoid the crowd by checking our Safe Distancing portal before you head out.
