Description

Size Wingspan: 30 - 32 mm
Description The upperside is golden brown with the wing bases and the upper surface of the thorax is greenish. The underside is light brown and has a rather glazed appearance.

Ecology, Habitat & Location

Ecological Notes The Small Branded Swift is small and fast-flying. It has a habit of sunbathing on favourite perches with its wings, a characteristic of Hesperiidae.
