|Caudiciform shrub up to 2 m tall.
|Cream to yellow flowers are trumpet-shaped with 5 oval lobes. The stigma (tip of the female part) is composed of 2 lobes, one which is held erect and one which hangs down. They are oriented horizontally and are pollinated by beetles.
