Description
| Description | At a glance, Megisba malaya sikkima resembles the Common Hedge Blue (Acytolepis puspa lambi), but the position of the large black spots on the underside of the hindwings separate the two. Also, the species found here in Singapore possesses short tails on the hindwings. Both sexes are brown above, with the discal area in the forewing paler. The underside is dull grey, with pale rusty brown spots on the forewings. |
