| Description | This Arhopala species resembles the previous species described, Tailed Disc Oakblue (Arhopala atosia malayana), except in lacking a tail. The males are easily recognisable by having a slightly different coloured patch on the forewing disc. The contrast is caused by increased opacity, due to a dense arrangement of the scales which underlie the top layer of blue scales. |
