| Description | Laterally compressed oval-shaped body that is silvery grey in colour, with orange spots on the anal fin. Two distinguishing black spots can be found on body, one found in the middle of the body, and the other at the base of the caudal fin. Tail fin emarginate, pelvic fins threadlike and used as tactile organs. |
