Description and Ethnobotany

Growth Form An epiphyte, it has a monopodial, erect growth form and can grow up to 70 cm  tall. 
Foliage The leaves are oblong and recurved. 
Flowers The flowers are held on axillary racemes. The flowers are high;y fragrant, measure up to 5 cm wide and consist of white sepals and petals with pink spots, the amount of pink spot can vary between specimens. The sepals and petals are obovate, narrowing towards the base. The flower lip is 3-lobed, the mid lobe pandurate-oblong and convex, the lateral lobes, erect.
