Description and Ethnobotany

Growth Form Succulent forms a tight, compact rosette up to 10 cm tall.
Foliage Thick, linear leaves are white with grey translucent areas near the tips. The leaf tips appear striped, because the white basal coloration extends into the grey translucent area as stripes. The leaf margin is lined with a few, minute, soft teeth.
Flowers The white, tubular flowers are arranged on an inflorescence known as a raceme.
