Description and Ethnobotany

Foliage Long, leathery leaves, up to 45 cm long and 1.5 cm wide.
Flowers Its hanging inflorescence is not more than 25 cm long, and has a few flowers. The flower is dark purple-brown with cream-yellow margins, and measures 2.5 - 3 cm in diameter.
