  1. To book Castle Beach and Xtreme Skatepark, please email details of your booking/event to
  2. Areas D5 and E2 are undergoing track improvement works. Certain tracks have been closed, please follow the alternative routes marked out on the diversion notices at East Coast Park. Works are scheduled to end by end June 2019.
  3. Big Splash, Raintree Cove and Goldkist Chalets are closed for improvement works, which will take place progressively from 2017 to 2019.
  4. Since 1 March 2017, some BBQ pits at East Coast Park have been renumbered. Please take note of the updated locations on the map. Please call AXS at 65602727 if there are any queries.
  5. The car park at the former Big Splash is closed for redevelopment works from 1 March 2018  to 22 September 2019. Please use the alternative parking facilities.
  6. Part of Angsana Green is closed for improvement works until end-March 2019. The rest of the lawn remains open for use during this period. Event bookings for Angsana Green will not be accepted until end-February 2019.
  7. East Coast Park, Area C4 to National Sailing Centre, will be hosting the Singapore Duathlon on 20 January 2019, from 5am to 1pm. For more information, please call Orange Room Events at 93881084.
  8. East Coast Park, Car Park F1 , F2 and G is closed forthe Singapore Duathlon on 20 January 2019, from 5am to 1pm. For more information, please call Orange Room Events at 93881084.
  9. East Coast Park Service Road, between exit 7A/car park F1 to National Sailing Centre, will be temporary closed for the Singapore Duathlon on 20 January 2019, from 5am to 1pm. For more information, please call Orange Room Events at 93881084.
  10. Should you encounter a crocodile, stay calm and back away slowly. Do not approach, provoke, or feed the animal. More information on Estuarine Crocodiles can be found here.

Things To Do

  • Barbecuing

    Fancy cooking your own food and eating in the great outdoors? You can hold a barbecue at East Coast Park. There are some 80 BBQ pits located across the entire park. Click on the link below to book a barbecue pit.

  • Camping

    There are designated areas (Areas D and G) within East Coast Park where you can set up a tent temporarily or overnight. To do so, you need to apply for a camping permit first. (You need to have a valid residential address and ID number in Singapore to apply for a camping permit.)

  • Cycling & Inline Skating

    Cycling is an activity that many visitors to East Coast Park enjoy. Come with your own bicycle or you can rent one from the bicycle kiosks found within the park. If you enjoy skateboarding, stop by the Xtreme SkatePark@East Coast to try out the ramps there.

  • Children's Playground at Marine Cove

    Fun at Children’s Playground

    The large playground at Marine Cove comprises of a range of play equipment suitable for children of varying ages, including a three-storey Play Tower modelled after a lighthouse!

  • Dining

    Looking to dine somewhere by the waterside? East Coast Park offers a wide range of dining options, from restaurants to cafes and even a food centre. Make a date with your family or friends, head on down to spend a day at the park and choose from one of the many dining options for dinner.

  • Fishing

    An activity that park visitors enjoy is fishing, which can be done at the jetty. Come with your own rods and do remember to practise good fishing etiquette.

  • Photography

    There is always something at East Coast Park for shutterbugs – if you enjoy photographing people interacting in nature, East Coast Park has much to show with the large number of people who visit the park every day.

  • Sandcastle Building

    As a park that is located along the coast, visitors can enjoy the sand and sea, and even build sandcastles if they wish. There is a sand play area at Area E of the park.

  • Water Sports

    Being situated close to the sea, there are a number of water sports that visitors can engage in. Those who enjoy water sports may want to try their hand at this.
