Nature Immersion Walk
Join us for a slow, mindful walk in the Singapore Botanic Gardens. This guided experience offers simple invitations to help you settle into the landscape, notice more, and ease into a quieter way of being. Along the way, gentle pauses create space to breathe and reconnect with the natural world.

Over 2 hours, attendees will be invited to:

  1. Discover the principles of nature immersion and its benefits for well-being
  2. Engage the senses to heighten awareness and perception of the natural world
  3. Participate in the practice of slow wandering in nature
  4. Immerse in the mindful observation of the natural environment
  5. Take part in nature-inspired reflective sharing circles

Led by an experienced and Certified Forest Therapy Guide, this walk is designed to be restorative. It offers a gentle pathway to reduce stress and nurture a sense of connection with the natural world, supporting your overall well-being.
