Our service level agreement is as follows for each submission stage if all submission requirements are complied with:

Plan submissions stage	Response time
Development Control (DC)	15 working days
Building Plan (if applicable) (BP)	15 working days
Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC)	7 working days

Check application and payment status

You may submit an online enquiry about your application and payment status after submitting your application by providing us with the following details:

Project reference number
E-submission number
