"Coco and Friends" is a programme by National Parks Board (NParks) and HSBC Singapore aiming to promote more understanding and awareness of some of our native biodiversity found in our forests.
Through the eyes of Coco the Malayan Colugo, children will embark on a nature adventure learning about Coco and his forest friends at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve/Hindhede Nature Park.
Who are the forest friends of Coco?
How do they look like and what do they eat?
How can we help to protect these forest friends?
Each child gets a Coco nature kit consisting of a creative and colourful nature journal, a set of crayons and a beautifully decorated sling bag.
Suitable for: Children aged 5 to 7 years old (Kindergarten 1 to Primary 1)
Cost: $10 per child. Each child must be registered, accompanied with 1 parent/guardian. No refund is given for non-attendance.
Venue: Meet at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve Visitor Centre. The guided walk will be around Hindhede Nature Park.
Note: If weather conditions are unfavourable, the session will be cancelled. Your child will be offered an alternative date to attend. We will notify all participants via WhatsApp 90 minutes before the scheduled start time.
