After a shipwreck, an intelligent robot called Roz is stranded on an uninhabited island. To survive the harsh environment, Roz bonds with the island's animals and cares for an orphaned baby goose.

This is an eco-friendly experience powered entirely by the sun! The projectors and equipment are run on solar-charged batteries, making this a truly sustainable event. To minimize noise pollution and energy use, there are no external speakers at the event site — simply connect to the audio via the Cinewav app on your phone.

No registration needed. Bring your headphones to connect to the Cinewav app and immerse yourself in the film without disturbing the flora and fauna around you. See you there!

This programme is part of the Singapore Botanic Gardens Heritage Festival 2025. From 19 to 27 July, watch our trees glow with new light installations at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. As part of this year's Heritage Festival, immerse yourself in a variety of enchanting activities, from musical performances and outdoor film screenings beneath the stars, to guided tours and onsite programmes led by the Gardens' own researchers and horticulturists!
