A Singapore Dementia Story is an anthology of five short films that go beyond the diagnosis to celebrate the resilience, humour, and unwavering love of caregivers and persons living with dementia.

Presented by Lien Foundation and Dementia Singapore, and produced by veteran producer Daniel Yun, these films are more than just stories; they are windows into the lived realities of our community. From romance and comedy to a gripping thriller and even an animated film, each film offers a unique lens on building a more inclusive society. In support of World Alzheimer's Month.

This is an eco-friendly movie screening powered entirely by the sun! The projectors and equipment are run on solar-charged batteries, making this a truly sustainable event. To minimize noise pollution and energy use, there are no external speakers at the event site. Simply bring your device (and headphones!) to connect to the Cinewav app and immerse yourself in the film without disturbing the flora and fauna around you.

About Dementia Singapore

As Singapore’s leading Social Service Agency in specialised dementia care, Dementia Singapore aims to advocate for the needs of people living with dementia and their families; and empower the community through capability-building, knowledge, and consultancy; as well as deliver quality person-centred care innovations.
