What do compost and kimchi have in common? More than you would think!
In this flavourful and down-to-earth dialogue, Majulah Green joins forces with The Freestyle Farmer to bring you a one-hour chat that’s part garden, part kitchen, and 100% alive (literally thanks, microbes).
A gardener and a fermentation enthusiast walk into a room… and start swapping stories about soil, seeds, pickles, and the magic that happens when you let nature do her thing. Together, they’ll take you on a journey from planting mustard greens to turning them into tangy, crunchy pickles; from growing chili in your HDB corridor to making your own fermented sambal that bites back.
